Getting started checklist

For buyers

1. 1Create an account as a Buyer and verify your email with the 6-digit code.
2. 2Wait for account approval. You will get an email when your account is active.
3. 3Check your company details and add your brand preferences in Settings, so the brands you trade appear first on your Overview.
4. 4Turn on two-step verification to protect your account.
5. 5Find products in the catalog, and learn how cases, pallets and trucks are priced.
6. 6Add products to your cart and bring each line up to its minimum order quantity.
7. 7Place your order, then follow it in Orders & tracking.

For suppliers

1. 1Create an account as a Supplier and verify your email.
2. 2Wait for account approval. The approval email links straight to your Supplier Hub.
3. 3Set your default currency in Settings, so new products and uploaded sheets start in it.
4. 4Create your first product, or upload many at once with a bulk file.
5. 5Watch the product status: fix anything marked Needs changes and resubmit.
6. 6Keep prices and stock current, and confirm new orders promptly from Orders.
