Create a product listing
Add a product with its identity, price, packaging, stock and photos, then submit it for review.
For: Suppliers
- 1Go to Inventory & Products and choose to add a product, or open New product.
- 2Fill in the sections below. The editor shows what is still missing.
- 3Submit. Complete listings go to Atlantis for review; incomplete ones stay as drafts.
Identity
- Product name, brand and category (required).
- Barcode (EAN/GTIN), checked for length and check digit. See Barcodes.
- Weight or volume per piece, with a unit: g, kg, mg, ml, cl, L, oz or lb.
- Country of origin and EXW location, the place the goods are dispatched from.
- Description (optional).
Price
Enter your price per case or per piece, in your currency. This is your price before the Atlantis margin. See How prices work.
Packaging and stock

Photos and varieties
Add at least one real product photo. See Product photos. If the product comes in flavours or sizes, add them as varieties.
Required before a listing can be published
Name (at least 2 characters), brand, a specific category, a valid barcode, origin, EXW location, weight, price, stock, pieces per case, cases per pallet, unit type, minimum order with its unit, and at least one photo.
