Account setup & verification

Create an Atlantis account

Register in three steps (Account, Business, Review), verify your email, and wait for the Atlantis team to approve the account.

For: Buyers and suppliers

Before you start

Have these ready: your work email, your company name, your business type, your country and a business phone number. City and website are optional.

Register

  1. 1Open the registration page. Suppliers can use the supplier registration, with Supplier already selected.
  2. 2Account: enter your full name, work email and a password, and confirm the password.
  3. 3Business: choose Buyer or Supplier, then enter your company name, business type, country and business phone (the country code plus 6 to 14 digits).
  4. 4Review: check the details and submit.
  5. 5Enter the 6-digit code we email you. See Verify your email.

Password rules

  • At least 12 characters (at most 128).
  • At least three of these four: lower-case letters, upper-case letters, digits and symbols.
  • No spaces at the start or end.
  • Not a common password, and not built from your email address or your name.

Example · A password that passes

Three or four unrelated words with a digit and a symbol, such as Harbour-Lantern-Cedar7, are long, strong and easy to remember.

Business types

Choose the one closest to your business: Wholesaler, Distributor, Importer, Exporter / re-exporter, Import–export trading company, Brand owner / manufacturer, Sourcing or procurement agent, or Other bulk-trading business.

What happens next

After you verify your email, the account waits for approval by the Atlantis team. You will receive an email once it is approved. See Account approval.

I registered with an email that already has an account. What happens?+

For privacy, the sign-up screen looks the same either way. The owner of that address receives an email saying someone tried to register with it. If it is your address, reset your password instead.

Can I add my VAT number during sign-up?+

No. The registration form doesn't ask for a VAT number.
