Update prices and stock from a file
Download your catalog, change the new price and stock columns, and upload it to update many products at once.
For: Suppliers
- 1In Inventory & Products, open Update prices & stock and choose Download existing catalog. (A blank template is also available.)
- 2Edit only New Price per Case and, if needed, New Stock (cases).
- 3Upload the file and review the preview. The What changes column shows each change.
- 4Confirm to apply. Changes go live immediately and are logged in each product's history.

How rows are matched
Rows match your products by Atlantis ID, or by EAN when the ID is empty. Up to 1,000 rows per file. Rejected listings can't be updated.

Your current price for a product is 18.00 per case and you have 240 cases. To lower the price and add stock, put 17.50 in New Price per Case and 400 in New Stock (cases). Leave every other column as downloaded.
