Before you start
- An approved supplier account.
After you sign in, open your supplier dashboard. Every section below is one click away from it.
Sections
| Section | Use it to |
|---|---|
| Business Overview | See sales, orders, what needs your attention, and stock alerts |
| Inventory & Products | Create and edit listings, upload files, update prices and stock |
| Stock & Reservations | See available, reserved and in-transit cases, and adjust stock |
| Orders | Confirm or decline new orders and attach invoices |
| Settings | Company details, default currency, notifications and security |
| Support | The Support Assistant and conversations with the Atlantis team about orders |
The Business Overview
- Sales, Orders, Awaiting your confirmation and Live products for the period you select.
- Sales over time for confirmed orders, valued at your own prices.
- Needs attention: orders waiting for you and listings that need changes.
- Top products, Recent orders, Stock alerts, Products needing your input, Recent stock changes and Sales by category.
Good to know: All sales figures use your prices, before the Atlantis margin. You never see the price the buyer pays.
The Hub is available in seven languages: English, Arabic, French, Romanian, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. Use the language switcher in the header.
