Product statuses and review
What each listing status means, which edits send a live product back to review, and which apply immediately.
For: Suppliers
| Status | Visible to buyers? | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | No | Complete the missing fields the editor lists, then submit |
| Pending | No | Wait for the Atlantis review |
| Needs changes | No | Read the Atlantis comment, fix the listing and resubmit. You also get an email. |
| Approved (live) | Yes | Keep price and stock current |
| Rejected | No | Rejected listings can't be edited. Create a new listing if appropriate. |
Editing a live product
| You change | Result |
|---|---|
| Name, brand, category, barcode, photos, origin or weight | The product goes back to review before the change is shown |
| Price, stock, packaging, minimum order, BBD or lead time | Applies immediately |
Important: A live product must stay complete. If an edit removes a required field, you will see "A live product must stay complete. You removed: …".
You get an in-app notification when a product is approved or rejected. Every change is recorded in the product's change history.
