Place an order

Step 1: Distribution & logistics

1. 1Choose the delivery country. The list shows where we deliver and which countries are not currently supported. See Delivery countries.
2. 2Optionally choose a preferred logistics partner. It is a preference: Atlantis confirms the carrier, cost and transit time after your order.
3. 3Enter the delivery address: contact name, street, city and postal code (company is optional). You can use Auto-fill from location.

Step 2: Review order

1. 1Check the lines, delivery details and total. Where Atlantis has a rate for your route, the delivery charge is included; otherwise the total excludes delivery, which is quoted after you order.
2. 2Enter a promo code if you have one. It takes a percentage off the subtotal.
3. 3Select Confirm Order. If two-step verification is on, enter your authenticator code and the code we email you.

After you confirm

• You see Order Received! with your order reference, for example #7F3A9C21.
• The order is Awaiting confirmation while every supplier on it accepts the terms and Atlantis approves them. The ordered cases are reserved for you.
• The Atlantis team contacts you to finalise payment and delivery. See How payment works.
