Supplier guide
Confirm or decline orders
Accept or reject each order's terms before the deadline, and attach your invoice once it's confirmed.
When an order includes your products, you get an email ("New order #… — please confirm") and an in-app notification.
Order tabs
Needs your action, Preparing, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled and All.
Accept the terms
Open the order to see exactly what you are asked to confirm: your lines, quantities, your net prices and the delivery method. Accepting confirms availability, quantities, price and dispatch within your listed lead time. Answer before the deadline shown (72 hours unless Atlantis sets another).
Your acceptance doesn't confirm the order on its own: Atlantis approves it once every supplier on it has accepted. If the terms change (for example a lower quantity), you're asked to accept the new version.
Reject
- Give a reason of at least 5 characters.
- If every line on the order is yours, the order is cancelled, the buyer is told why, and the reserved cases return to your stock.
- If the order also contains other suppliers' products, your rejection goes to Atlantis, who changes the order (you'd be asked again) or cancels it.
After Atlantis approves
- Atlantis books the carrier and marks the order shipped; the buyer (or Atlantis) then confirms delivery. Suppliers don't change those statuses.
- Attach your own invoice (image or PDF, up to 10 MB) on confirmed, shipped or delivered orders. The buyer can see it.
