The supplier hasn't given the packaging data needed for that option.
For: Buyers and suppliers
You see: "{Product} can't be ordered by the truckload: the supplier hasn't provided palletsPerShipment." The last word names the missing field:

| casesPerPallet | Cases per pallet |
| palletsPerShipment | Pallets per truck |
- Buyers: order by a level that is offered, or request a quote.
- Suppliers: add the missing field in the product editor.
