"Below MOQ" or "minimum order is …"
A cart line is below the product's minimum order quantity, so checkout is locked.
For: Buyers
What you see
- In the cart: "Below MOQ: add 2 more cases to meet the minimum." and "Checkout unlocks when every line reaches its minimum order."
- When placing the order: "{Product}: minimum order is 5 cases."
How to fix it
- 1Increase the line to at least the minimum shown, for example MOQ 5 cases.
- 2Or add other variants of the same product: they count together towards its minimum.
- 3Or remove the line.
Good to know: Different products don't combine. Each product must reach its own minimum.
