Best practices for supplier listings
Habits that get listings approved faster and help buyers order with confidence.
For: Suppliers
- Use the exact barcode of the unit you sell. It groups your offer with others for the same product and finds the right photos.
- Give complete packaging data. Pieces per case, cases per pallet and pallets per truck unlock every ordering option.
- Use real, clear photos. Show the front of the pack. Check that the pack size matches the listing.
- Choose a specific category, not a general one.
- Keep stock current. Orders reserve stock immediately; out-of-date stock leads to declined orders.
- Set a realistic minimum order. Too high a minimum blocks smaller buyers.
- Add lead time and BBD. Buyers compare them across offers.
- Confirm orders promptly. Buyers see "Awaiting confirmation" until you do.
