Which barcode formats Atlantis accepts, how they are checked, and why the barcode matters.

Every product needs a barcode. Atlantis uses it to identify the product, to group offers for the same item, and to find registered photos.
Accepted formats

Checks
- Digits only, with no spaces or letters.
- Exactly 8, 12, 13 or 14 digits.
- The last digit (the check digit) must match the others. A typo almost always fails this check.
Tip: Use the barcode of the unit you are listing. If you sell a multipack with its own barcode, use the multipack barcode, not the single item's.
