Complete your business profile

Atlantis needs five details to process an order: your name, company name, business type, country and phone number. Accounts registered with email and password provide them during sign-up. Accounts created with Google add them afterwards.

1. 1Open Complete your profile.
2. 2Enter your company name, business type, country and business phone.
3. 3Save. You can now place orders.

Until the profile is complete, placing an order shows: "Complete your business profile before placing an order."

Reminder emails

If the profile is still incomplete, we send up to two reminders, about 30 and 60 minutes after sign-up. You can turn them off with the Profile reminders switch in Settings.
