Verify your email address
Enter the 6-digit code from your inbox to confirm your email. You can't sign in until it is verified.
For: Buyers and suppliers
- 1Look for the email with the subject "{code} is your Atlantis verification code".
- 2Enter the code on the verification page.
- 3You will receive a second email confirming that your address is verified.
Code rules
| Rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Code length | 6 digits |
| Valid for | 15 minutes |
| Resend | Once every 60 seconds |
| Wrong attempts | After 5 wrong codes, request a new one |
If the code doesn't arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Wait a minute, then use Resend.
- Check the address for typos. If it is wrong, register again with the correct one.
Good to know: If you try to sign in before verifying, you will see: "Verify your email to sign in. We can send you a new code."
