Cancelling an order
Who can cancel an order, and what to do if you need to change or cancel one.
For: Buyers and suppliers
- Buyers can't cancel from the order page. Contact Atlantis as early as possible with Email Atlantis about this order, or at Info@atlantisfmcg.com.
- Suppliers can reject the terms of an order they can't fulfil, with a reason. See Confirm or decline orders.
- The Atlantis team can cancel orders.
When an order is cancelled, the reserved cases go back to the supplier's stock and the buyer is notified.
