Apply a promo code at checkout and what each message means.
For: Buyers
- 1Enter the code in the Promo Code field in the order summary.
- 2The discount, a percentage off the subtotal, appears in the summary.
| Message | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Invalid coupon code | The code doesn't exist. Check the spelling. |
| Coupon is no longer active | The code was switched off. |
| Coupon has expired | The code's end date has passed. |
| That promo code is not valid. | The code failed the final check when you placed the order. |
