Where to find messages from the Atlantis team about your orders, and how to get help.

Support pages
Buyers use Support; suppliers use Support in the Supplier Hub. Each has two parts:
- Assistant: answers questions about using Atlantis and checks facts from your own account, such as your orders, cart or products.
- Order conversations: messages between you and the Atlantis team about a specific order. The Atlantis team starts these threads.

- The contact form.
- Email: Info@atlantisfmcg.com.
Good to know: Buyers and suppliers don't message each other directly. The Atlantis team handles communication on every order.
